Fischer Homes’ and Maple Street Homes’ “Community Marketing” ongoing campaign includes customized news releases and pitches to Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky media. In addition to promoting its new single-family, patio home and attached home communities, these efforts are strategically designed to educate the media about Fischer Homes’ and Maple Street Homes’ involvement with their surrounding communities’ economic development efforts.

Student Lending Works
Student Lending Works launched in September 2005 with the objective of educating Ohio residents and students and Ohio media about its unique advantages and benefits as Ohio’s designated nonprofit provider of student loan products, including consolidation. SLW’s ongoing promotional campaign includes everything from strategically placed print and broadcast stories to targeted advertising in such student-focused media as Young Money Magazine.

Catering to a patient base of approximately 2,000, Dr. Lawrence Hagen and his staff have published and distributed a quarterly newsletter to their patients that draws enthusiastic responses. It could be the timely articles on new innovative treatments that contribute to Dr. Hagen’s reputation for providing state-of-the-art quality dental care. Or, it could be the fun trivia contest prizes awarded in every issue. Either way, Dr. Hagen’s Word of Mouth newsletter keeps his patients smiling!
